Reservations Office

     Our Hawaii Island Retreat reservations office is open daily from 9am to 6pm Hawaii time. Our phone: (808) 889-6336.
Email us to request or to inquire about reservations dates. Please include your phone number, so that we can speak with you directly to book your final reservation.

          All charges are in US dollars, unless otherwise specified. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card, and personal checks.

     If you have special needs or requests, please let us know at the time of booking.

     Hawaii Island Retreat and its surrounding lands are NON-SMOKING areas.

     Please let us know your anticipated arrival times.  Room check-out is 11am.

Transportation

         We encourage all guests to arrange for a rental car from the airport. There is so much to see and do in North Kohala. You will appreciate the opportunity to explore.

     We have complimentary self-parking should you choose to rent a car.

Cancellation Fees for Individual Travelers

     $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days.

     Within 29-14 days: $100 cancellation fee.

     Within 14 days: $300 cancellation fee.

Gift Certificates

     Surprise a friend or loved one with a visit to Hawaii Island Retreat or extra spa treatments during your stay. Gift certificates are available for room rates, spa services, guided trips, and private spa classes.

     Please call the reservations office to purchase gift certificates.

     Room certificates must be purchased at least 30 days prior to a planned visit.
